Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your leadership skills to the next level? As an Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of developers/engineers and drive innovation in customer relationship management (CRM).

This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and integration, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize features, and deliver value.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading medium-to-large engineering teams, preferably in CRM or enterprise platform environments. They will also have a solid grasp of engineering and architectural patterns, including microservices, API-first design, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers across Salesforce development, automation, and integration.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value.
  • Drive innovation and improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM features from design and build through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership of medium-to-large engineering teams in CRM or enterprise platform environments.
  • Strong Salesforce development and integration experience.
  • Solid grasp of engineering and architectural patterns, including microservices and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
