About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals who can contribute to our organisation's success. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality explosive products for the mining and civil works industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products.
  • Assemble high-quality explosive products using state-of-the-art fixed plant.
  • Identify and contribute to possible plant improvements, such as reducing waste and improving quality, productivity, and safety performance.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and communicate any quality issues to your line leader.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work area, as well as general housekeeping of break rooms and kitchen areas.
