We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assembly Operator. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce high-quality explosive products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble explosive products using state-of-the-art fixed plant equipment
- Contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture by identifying and reporting potential hazards
- Collaborate with team members to improve plant efficiency and productivity
- Complete required paperwork and communicate quality issues to line leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards
