Job Overview

Cleaning operations play a vital role in maintaining high-profile client sites. As a proactive and experienced Site Services Manager, you will oversee cleaning services across multiple commercial and government sites in Sydney.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll manage daily cleaning operations, support and lead large teams, liaise directly with clients, and maintain service excellence across multiple sites.

  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial and government sites.
  • Be on-site 5 days per week to lead teams and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Develop strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Conduct site inspections and reporting to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance support to cleaning staff.
  • Resolve service issues and client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare quotes for additional services and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Monitor stock levels, rostering, WHS compliance, and team performance.
About You
  • Australian Citizenship is required due to security requirements at client sites.
  • Proven experience managing cleaning operations across large or multi-site environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organisational abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and on-site full-time.
  • Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
