Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of electrical instrument technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.
  • Assess training requirements and measure team performance to achieve targets.
  • Develop working relationships with other production personnel and report to the Electrical Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Ensure targets are achieved in an efficient and safe manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Proven experience supervising E/I maintenance teams.
  • Western Australian 'A' Grade Electrical Licence.
  • Process plant and power generation industry experience.
  • Exposure to maintenance management software.
  • HV switching certificate.
  • Gas authorisation holder qualifications.
