Packing Operations Manager

As a key member of the APAC team, this role involves overseeing daily packing operations for retail lines to meet production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control packing efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure all products are correctly weighed, sealed, labelled, and packed to customer and regulatory specifications.
  • Supervise, train, and support packing team members in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of packing operations.
  • Conduct visual inspections of product and packaging for quality defects and implement corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment with prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance regulations.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
