Job Overview

This role is centered around providing administrative support in a dynamic team environment, ensuring the effective planning and execution of maintenance activities.

  • Administrative tasks will be carried out alongside non-technical support to tradespersons and Defence clientele within modern facilities.
  • Manage daily operations at customer-facing reception areas.
  • Compile and manage inventory records, and prepare requisitions for procurement.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning of maintenance activities.
  • Support tradespersons via work order management and data entry tasks.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a workshop setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Australian class C Driver's Licence.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, schedules, and information management systems.
