Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of developers, ensuring that web applications are built to the highest standards and that team performance is maximized.
  • Web Application Development: Design and develop web applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, etc.), SQL or NoSQL databases for backend data management, and modern UI technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Cloud Architecture: Oversee the migration and maintenance of applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Ensure that applications are designed for scalability, performance, and reliability in the cloud.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with other technical leads and business stakeholders to define system requirements, application architecture, and development strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement and encourage best practices in software development, including CI/CD, code quality, testing, and automated deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of web applications and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in IT management, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in building web applications using Microsoft technologies, SQL Server, and front-end UI frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and related frameworks.
    • Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and management.
    • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), with experience in deploying, managing, and optimizing applications in the cloud.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.
