Our team is seeking a highly skilled Asset Care Manager to deliver asset maintenance and planning for our concrete sites in Regional NSW.

This role ensures the availability and reliability of plant and equipment to meet forecasted production volumes.

The Asset Care Manager will plan and execute inspection and maintenance work, improve plant availability and efficiency, and manage staff and stakeholders in the delivery of maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing maintenance work to support reliable delivery to customers
  • Improving plant availability and efficiency through process improvements and collaboration with the Operations team
  • Managing capital works on a rolling 5-year basis
  • Leading staff and key stakeholders in the delivery of maintenance and capital projects
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning, along with people management skills
  • Proficiency with maintenance management systems, including developing annual maintenance plans and budgeting
  • Vendor management experience for maintenance and spare parts
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to influence and engage with various stakeholders
