Key Account Asset Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development, management, and operation of asset management programs for key clients.
- Collaborate with accounts teams to develop and implement tailored asset management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers, ensuring consistency with industry standards and client requirements.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure data quality and accuracy, supporting the optimization of asset performance and maintenance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to extract and analyze data into clear and concise reports.
Requirements- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
- Demonstrated aptitude for interpreting and analyzing engineering O&M and numerical data related to work orders, asset registers, asset performance, energy, emissions, or utilities context.
- Understanding of Maintenance Compliance, Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, particularly Excel with knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
