This role offers a unique chance to provide high-quality care services to clients in their own homes, focusing on building positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
We are seeking individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for providing excellent support, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver home-based care services including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
- Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, including complex care for those with high needs such as dementia.
- Provide social and emotional support to clients and their families.
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care.
- Ability to work independently and develop solutions to everyday challenges.
- Guaranteed hours and shifts in the Brisbane area.
- Award rate $32.74 per hour + superannuation + paid kilometres.
