Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking Support Workers to provide person-centred active support to people living with disabilities.

The role involves providing assistance with daily life tasks, community access and participation, and weekend supports. The successful candidate will have experience in disability or mental health and possess a current unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • We offer competitive hourly pay rates starting from $40.26 per hour as per the SCHADS Award.
  • You can complete your studies and work placement while being employed by us.
  • Ongoing training opportunities in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Skill Requirements

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience or education in Disability or Mental Health
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
