Key Responsibilities- Investigate system and process issues related to implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems.
- Work with key stakeholders on needed enhancements, including articulating and documenting requirements.
- Review proof of concepts or proposed design solutions, including mapping out current and future state.
- Prepare and execute test scripts, update process documentation, oversee implementation, and conduct post-implementation review.
- Support Mercury Reporting systems, including Power BI and BI Cognos (ANZ), ensuring the integrity of information presented through these reporting systems.
- Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to fast-moving and ever-changing environments.
- Ability to engage with multiple levels within the organization and across different segments of the business.
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer needs.
- Works independently within established procedures.
- Functional experience using ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) and reporting systems.
- Adaptability and flexibility when faced with challenges.
- At least a degree qualified in an appropriate discipline, such as Information Systems/Technology, Business, Analytics, or Science.
- At least 5 years' experience in one or more of systems, processes, analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and change management.
