At Baxter, we are dedicated to saving and sustaining lives through innovative medical solutions. Our team is seeking a skilled Mercury Process Specialist to join our ANZ Compounding Operations team.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Global Inventory & Systems Manager to implement the Mercury Drug and TPN Systems across compounding sites. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting business stakeholders and ensuring seamless system and process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve system and process issues related to Mercury implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements for enhancements.
  • Review and validate proof of concepts or proposed design solutions.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, update process documentation, and oversee implementation.
  • Support Mercury Reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems, process analysis, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) and reporting systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
