Mercury Process Implementation Specialist

As a key member of the Baxter ANZ Compounding Operations team, you will play a vital role in the implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems and associated processes across compounding sites.

This 12-month secondment position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Mercury Project team and business stakeholders, driving process improvements and system enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include investigating system and process issues, working with stakeholders to articulate and document requirements, and reviewing proof of concepts or proposed design solutions.

Additionally, you will prepare and execute test scripts, update process documentation, oversee implementation, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

A strong analytical and organizational skillset, combined with the ability to engage with multiple levels of the organization, will be essential in this role.

Key qualifications: At least a degree in an appropriate discipline, such as Information Systems/technology, business, analytics, or science, and at least 5 years' experience in systems, processes, analysis, trouble shooting, reporting, and change management.
