Job Description

A highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing is needed to develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy that optimises acquisition, engagement, and retention while improving ROI.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team across growth, performance, lifecycle, and brand marketing.
  • Leverage AI and Martech to enhance automation, personalisation, and predictive analytics for scalable growth.
  • Experiment aggressively with data-driven growth initiatives, optimising paid, organic, and product-led acquisition strategies.

This role is ideal for a technical marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands PLG dynamics, and is eager to innovate in the evolving landscape of AI-driven marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2B and B2C SaaS.
  • Proven ability to scale marketing efforts globally in a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing, AI-powered automation, and Martech stacks.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging ML/data-driven decision-making for marketing optimisation.
