Protect the Group's Reputation and Integrity

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to play a vital role in managing internal fraud and insider risk detection programs.

This position plays an integral part in ensuring optimum detection rates and industry-leading performance by proactively detecting high-risk activity involving internal employees, contractors, or suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactively detecting and mitigating high-risk activity
  • Investigating matters of internal fraud, serious misconduct, and insider risks
  • Leveraging data analytics to drive informed decision-making
  • Collaborating with operational teams and external agencies to manage insider risks and internal fraud risks effectively
  • Educating stakeholders on emerging trends, threats, and risks of internal fraud, misconduct, or insider risk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with line management, team colleagues, and data scientists and analysts
  • Collect, assess, and analyze high-risk alerts or data to detect internal fraud, serious misconduct, and/or insider risk activity
  • Prevent further loss and reduce or mitigate any risk exposed to the organization
  • Refer high-risk areas for further investigation
  • Gather insights from analysis and present them to leadership/stakeholders to enable informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for securing and protecting the organization, customers, and stakeholders from malicious activity
  • Experience in intelligence, prevention, and detection of internal fraud or insider risk activity
  • Able to analyze complex data and operate a curious mindset to detect high-risk activity
  • Proven ability to use relevant platforms or systems
  • Critical thinking, research, data analysis, strong written and verbal communication skills
