**Prison Management Assistant Role**

As a key member of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

This position reports directly to the Sentence Management Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring accurate preparation and maintenance of prisoner reports.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Accurately preparing and maintaining security ratings, individual management plans, transfers, and parole documents.

- Interacting daily with prisoners and custodial staff, requiring initiative in information gathering and seeking clarification where needed.

- Maintaining a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.

**Essential Qualifications:**

**Administrative Experience:**

- Proven experience in administration and report writing.

- Proficiency in MS Office for preparing high-quality written documentation.

- Compliance-focused administration experience.

**Knowledge and Skills:**

- Cultural awareness, including understanding different ethnic backgrounds, customs, and contemporary issues.

This role requires trust and responsibility. We conduct thorough probity assessments, including federal police checks, as essential selection components.
