Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage a busy workload of matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Handle all aspects of conveyancing from initial instructions, contracts, s66w certificates and settlements.
  • Draft and review complex property documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Assist in the full lifecycle of property transactions from pre-exchange due diligence, exchanging contracts and settlement preparation, including settlement adjustments and registration of documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience and comprehensive understanding of NSW property law, strong knowledge of property transaction cycles and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

  • 3-5+ years PQE in property law.
  • Strong academic record and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PEXA & LEAP.
