Conveyancing Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a key member of our property law practice, you will be responsible for managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters end-to-end.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and take ownership of diverse conveyancing matters, while enjoying genuine flexibility and strong career support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Review and prepare contracts and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Guide clients clearly and confidently through each stage of the conveyancing process.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in NSW conveyancing.
  • Current NSW practising certificate.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with LEAP and PEXA is highly regarded.
