Job Title:

Senior Policy Advisor

Role Summary:

This senior role will lead the development and implementation of policies and programs to address critical gaps in mental health care, drive system reform, and establish a transformative shift in health policies and practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to research translation, promote best practice, and represent the organization at various levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based policies and frameworks that drive positive change in mental health care.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments and with external partners.
  • Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, advocating for policy reforms and program development.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. public health, social sciences) and minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in developing and implementing policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
