Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team at Mondelēz International. As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the export process, including logistics, sales reporting, stock management, and promotional programs.
Key Responsibilities- Export Logistics: Ensure the order processing and invoicing to over 30 USA customers, over 15 UK customers, and other export customers.
- Sales Reporting: Responsible for weekly reporting to the Export Manager, regular reporting to USA/UK Sales Managers and team, and monthly reporting of promotional spend for export.
- Stock Management: Manage USA SOP, update weekly demanded vs actual sales, liaise with Supply Planner to schedule container orders, and report any stock approaching short shelf life.
- Customer Support: Answer customer general inquiries, provide support and customer service to all export accounts, and follow up on outstanding customer accounts and assist in reconciling payments and customer claims/deductions.
- Promotional Management: Track and manage the USA promotional planner, measure promotional allowances against claims received, and dispute and approval of USA customer deductions/claims.
- Market Support: Keep the Export Manager informed of any changes to export procedures or regulations globally, provide up-to-date information and assist USA/UK Sales managers, and review and complete contracts/promotional applications/new account set up documentation for the Export Manager.
- Experience: At least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in International Trade.
- Skills: Good understanding of business principles, regulatory and compliance requirements for export markets, ability to present, communicate, and negotiate with all levels of management, and excellent attention to detail.
