In this role, you will provide administrative support to senior-level management, maintaining confidentiality and document control while ensuring high-quality customer service.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the CFO and General Counsel with company secretarial responsibilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to senior-level management
  • Maintaining internal controls and confidentiality
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
  • Attending meetings and preparing reports
  • Assisting with new starter onboarding and auditor requests

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with qualifications in business or office management, 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level management, and advanced Office skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
