Perth-Andover Dental is currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join its dedicated team as part of a proactive transition plan for a future retirement.
With an active patient base of over 3,500, a consistent flow of 100+ new patients per month (approximately 50% Francophone), and hygiene booked out well into the future, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a stable and rewarding clinical environment.
The incoming Associate will benefit from full CDA support and remote mentorship from experienced dentists.
This is a general practice setting offering a wide scope of care, and is well-suited to a confident, independent dentist who values patient relationships and is comfortable in a smaller community.
Position Highlights: Flexible full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM1–2 operatories available for the Associate Fully staffed with experienced CDA support Practice runs 6 chairs per day Software: Dentitek | Digital X-ray | Pan Active plans to upgrade technology (scanner, computers)Clinical Scope: Bread and Butter Dentistry Basic Endodontics & Oral Surgery Dentures (CDCP included)Opportunity to expand scope in Advanced Oral Surgery, Invisalign, and Perio (currently referred externally)Dr.

About You: Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.
