Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our establishment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a full-service restaurant environment
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and labour costs
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
  • A current RSA
  • Ability to lead and motivate your team
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
