As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring equipment and machinery remain in top condition. This hands-on position requires a problem solver with a passion for keeping machinery running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be varied—one moment, you might be troubleshooting a mechanical fault; the next, handling a water leak. No two days are the same in our skilled maintenance team, so if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy technical challenges, this is the role for you.

Main Tasks
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Organise repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to improvements in production facilities through proactive maintenance and innovative solutions.

This role offers strong support from experienced professionals, and you will learn through hands-on work. We're after an adaptable team player who enjoys problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical engineering or allied trades.
  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
  • Familiarity with CMMS software (Epicor or other) for maintenance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
