Business Banking Account Manager Job Description

As a key player in the Business Banking team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored financial solutions to local businesses and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and achieve advocacy through outstanding service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities outside of your role scope and refer them to senior Business Banking Managers for further action.
  • Develop account management plans for all portfolio customers to foster deeper relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, escalating any identified events or issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit management.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Significant experience in Business Banking, with a proven track record of identifying and meeting customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of risk obligations and the ability to replicate compliance requirements.
