Sub Acute Medicine Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated medical professional to join our team as a Sub Acute Medicine Registrar. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute setting, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- To provide comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in accordance with best practice guidelines
- To develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care, effective communication, and timely discharge planning
- General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia
- Minimum of PGY3 or above
- Able to comply with Behavioural Outcomes for this role
- Candidates with experience in Sub-acute Medicine preferred
- RACP and AFRM accredited hospital
