We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our medical affairs, strategy, and commercial launch initiatives for our theranostics portfolio across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Strategic Planning: Develop and execute medical affairs strategies for upcoming product launches and market expansions, addressing unmet medical needs and ensuring alignment across all medical affairs tactics and deliverables.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR, and other functional areas to provide subject matter expertise for strategic input.
- Medical Input and Expertise: Provide medical input into the development, execution, and interpretation of clinical protocols, including reviewing independent research protocols, reports, manuscripts, and clinical data for regulatory documents.
- Marketing and Education: Assist in the creation of scientifically accurate marketing materials, medical education programs, advisories, and symposia, and contribute to the scientific review, development, approval, execution, and communication of these materials.
- Leadership and Team Management: Serve as the Medical Lead for designated clinical trials or programs, engaging with key opinion leaders and delivering scientific presentations during advisory boards.
- Advanced Degree: PhD, PharmD, or MD with GU oncology experience required.
- Medical Affairs Experience: 4+ years of Medical Affairs experience and 2+ years of Director-level experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills in a cross-functional global team environment.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific data and concepts.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep domain knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in the field.
