Senior Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Proposal Specialist to spearhead our proposal production efforts. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and collaborative skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in federal design-build proposals, with a strong background in compliance-based proposals and familiarity with SAM, PIEE, and DoD SAFE. A thorough understanding of DoD terminology and procurement procedures is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market intelligence to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with division leaders, business development teams, and other stakeholders to drive sales objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and marketing assignments.
  • Analyze market data to inform business development decisions.
  • Raise public awareness through media relations, advertising, and outside events.
  • Supervise content creation for internal databases and websites.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and lead specialty programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration, or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong track record of leading federal design-build proposals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DoD procurement procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
