Key Responsibilities
  • Transform data insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Play a key role in planning all phases of project execution to ensure robust plans and effective operational aspects.
  • Develop and maintain an operational scorecard, providing coordinated daily, weekly, and monthly reporting & insights to enhance team, network, and customer performance.
  • Proactively identify initiatives and work with leadership to build strategies that fuel growth in e-commerce operations.
  • Custodian of fulfilment data, including product range availability, productivity, efficiency, and customer experience metrics.
  • Support the development and tracking of improvement initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities throughout the initiative life cycle.
  • Influence positive outcomes by communicating analytical insights to key stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Advocate for key operational metrics across logistics and draw on insights which lead to meaningful action.
  • Partner with leadership to develop strategic analysis that identifies further growth opportunities and customer options.
  • Understand and communicate volume forecasts, actual volume performance, and impact across operational performance and costs.
  • Partner with the finance team to contribute to commercial performance commentary.
  • Actively participate in logistics and delivery analytics guild, leveraging best practice reporting and automation principles and AI tools available in the market.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an analyst.
  • Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proficient with MS Powerpoint/Google Slides.
  • SQL skills, building queries extracting data from databases.
  • Fulfilment and/or supply chain exposure will be well regarded.
