Job Title

The role of Stormwater Structures Team Leader involves overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient delivery of maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in stormwater infrastructure and civil structures, along with strong leadership, organisational, and safety-focused capabilities.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, performing safety checks, delivering consistent leadership, maintaining stormwater and concrete structures, and participating in after-hours on-call roster.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate ability to work as part of a team, supervise staff, and possess knowledge of plant and equipment used in formwork, concreting, road construction, and pipe laying.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading staff and supervising day-to-day activities.
  • Knowledge of employee obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act.
  • Developed written and oral communication skills, along with computer, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Construction Industry Training (White Card) and current MR driver's license required.
