We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Newcastle.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work on various building projects, collaborating with architects and other engineers to deliver high-quality results. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for structural design, inspections, assessments, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to lead teams and manage projects from conception to completion.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering and 3-6 years of industry experience. You should have comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards, as well as experience working with a variety of building materials. Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and NER registration is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
  • 3-6 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards
  • Ability and willingness to mentor junior engineers
