The role of a Network Systems Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the high availability and reliability of network services and systems within the hospital's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily tasks to ensure the effective operation and administration of systems within the IT infrastructure for the hospital.
- Ensure IT networks and systems requests are logged and managed according to local procedures.
- Provide expert advice to technical staff on networks and systems matters.
- Restore services in the event of an outage and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Conduct regular checks on backups and network health as directed or required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level knowledge and experience with IT infrastructure, including backup, hardware, databases, client devices, operating systems, directory services, and high-availability solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows (Server and Desktop), Exchange, SQL, and Identity Management in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in maintaining a LAN/WAN in a corporate setting and a highly available SAN and Hypervisor environment.
