
Mental Health Team Leader

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) South is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health challenges.
As a Team Leader, you will have qualifications in a mental health-related discipline, including social work, nursing, psychology, or occupational therapy. You will also have demonstrated leadership experience, including clinical supervision, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
The role requires strong partnership-building and negotiation skills across multiple service providers. You will be based at Gosford Hospital with travel required to sites across the Central Coast.
This is a full-time position with an attractive remuneration package, including salary packaging, additional day off, and access to wellbeing programs and support through our Employee Assistance Program.
- Qualifications in a mental health-related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Extensive clinical experience in mental health, child & adolescent mental health, and/or drug and alcohol services
