The role of the Director, Business Development requires a strategic leader who can drive aggressive growth strategies and improve market share, profitability, and long-term viability for our designated campus.
- Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will participate in strategy development and annual business planning for designated campuses in collaboration with physicians, market leaders, and business unit leaders. They will develop business plans, inform assumptions in the pro forma process, ensure all parties are informed, approvals are received, and implementation is successful.
The Director, Business Development will translate strategic initiatives into cascaded sets of priority actions and coordinate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Institutes, AHMG/Ambulatory, PHD, and Marketing. They will develop detailed tactical work plans and provide project management to implement key initiatives.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field and three plus years of experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning and/or operations. Leadership experience is also required.
