Visionary Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Centre Director to lead our centre with purpose, care, and professionalism.
About the Role- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.
- Develop and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Foster strong relationships with families and build a sense of community and trust.
- Collaborate with directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.
- Manage staffing and ensure all regulatory and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements are met.

- Strategic planning and leadership
- Program development and implementation
- Staff management and development
- Family engagement and communication
- Regulatory compliance and WHS management
What You'll Bring:
