We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service and support to meet and exceed customer expectations

- Build strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to make informed recommendations

- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and identification of new business opportunities

Requirements:

- 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
