About Our Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our electrical team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of electrical tradespeople and an apprentice in ensuring compliance to all company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and supervise the safe and effective execution of planned maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance schedule
  • Respond to un-planned emergency breakdowns in a timely manner, ensuring compliance to company occupational health and safety and environmental procedures

The role involves working in a fast-paced food production environment, with diverse equipment including slicer pressers, radio frequency tunnels, par frying, dusting, coating and frying, spiral freezing and frozen stores, and automated packing and palletising lines.
