
Workshop Maintenance Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of workshop technicians in delivering exceptional service and quality standards.
- Supervise and work alongside a team of workshop technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputs.
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Manage stock control, including ordering consumables and maintaining stock levels for optimal productivity.
- Develop and implement effective workplace procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues regarding stock and production needs.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Complete administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchasing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production registers and associated paperwork.
- Coordinate stock management and deliveries to offsite storage facilities.
- Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
- A strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (training provided if required).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Effective stock control and management skills.
- Competency in administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchasing, and general administration.
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
