Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of workshop technicians in delivering exceptional service and quality standards.

  • Supervise and work alongside a team of workshop technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage stock control, including ordering consumables and maintaining stock levels for optimal productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective workplace procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise regularly with colleagues regarding stock and production needs.
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchasing, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including production registers and associated paperwork.
  • Coordinate stock management and deliveries to offsite storage facilities.
  • Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
  • A strong understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations (training provided if required).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Effective stock control and management skills.
  • Competency in administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchasing, and general administration.
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
