Customer Service Expertise

  • Deliver high-quality customer service while gaining valuable experience in Information Security.
  • Collaborate with Customer Advisors and operations teams to convey recommendations to customers for improving their overall security posture.
  • Assist in Incident Response handling and customer communication, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Generate accurate and contextual customer deliverables, including Executive Briefings that illustrate implementation/operational scores, threat and/or vulnerability scores, trending details, and action plans.
  • Build strong advisory relationships with customers and exceed client expectations through exceptional service and proactive support.
  • Ensure Rapid7 technology is functional and coordinate with the support team as needed.
  • Assist in technology deployment and client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Gather client input and requirements across the Managed Services client base to influence Managed Services service roadmaps.
  • Contribute to building effective scaling strategies to meet the needs of an ever-expanding customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Associate degree in Information Technology or two or more years of related experience.

2-3 years of experience in Information Security or a related discipline.

Significant client relationship management experience.

Strong understanding of common enterprise technologies.

Able to convey technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.

Industry-related certifications such as A+, Network+, Sec+, Cloud+, CCSP, etc.

Interest in technology deployment and configuration experience.

Strong interest in security frameworks and concepts.

Excellent organization and time management abilities.
