Civil Designer/Drafter Opportunity

Are you an experienced civil designer/drafter looking for a new challenge? Do you have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills? We are seeking a skilled civil designer/drafter to join our team.

The role involves importing and manipulating survey data, producing detailed civil drawings/models, exporting bulk earthwork and material quantities, collaborating with civil engineers, and supporting project teams with documentation and revisions.

Establishing and maintaining design templates and drawing standards are also key responsibilities. This role can be based in one of our offices: Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle or Brisbane.

To succeed, you'll need attention to detail, experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design is highly valued. Relevant qualifications, such as TAFE diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, or design, are essential.

Strong problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and willingness to travel occasionally are necessary for this role. As a people-focused business, we value work-life balance and are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
