Training Program Coordinator

To assist in the delivery of training initiatives that support organisational objectives. Provide high-level administrative services that enable the Training Delivery team to achieve program goals and contribute to the overall success of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support training instructors and district staff with course allocation and administration.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of training programs by providing administrative support.
  • Collaborate with training instructors and district staff to enhance program outcomes.

Essential Requirements:

  • Pre-Employment Checks: A nominee must satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment.
  • Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations related to employment screening.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Knowledge and/or experience associated with working in a registered training organisation.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant skills and experience in administrative support and training coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
