
Regional Training Administration Specialist

To assist in the delivery of training initiatives that support organisational objectives. Provide high-level administrative services that enable the Training Delivery team to achieve program goals and contribute to the overall success of the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support training instructors and district staff with course allocation and administration.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of training programs by providing administrative support.
- Collaborate with training instructors and district staff to enhance program outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Pre-Employment Checks: A nominee must satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment.
- Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations related to employment screening.
Desirable Requirements:
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification.
- A current driver's license.
- Knowledge and/or experience associated with working in a registered training organisation.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant skills and experience in administrative support and training coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
