Duties

To assist in coordinating the delivery of training programs offered to TFS and SES personnel. Provide high level administrative services that support the Training Delivery team and the wider Training and Education division within the Tasmania Fire Service (TFS) and State Emergency Service (SES). Support Training Instructors and District Staff with the allocation and administration of students and instructors to training courses.

  • Arson and fire setting;
  • Sexual offences;
  • Dishonesty (e.g. theft, burglary, breaking and entering, fraud);
  • Deception (e.g. obtaining an advantage by deception);
  • Making false declarations;
  • Violent crimes and crimes against the person;
  • Malicious damage and destruction to property
  • Trafficking of narcotic substance;
  • False alarm raising.
Desirable Requirements
• Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification or progress towards attaining this qualification.

• A current Driver's Licence
