About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of construction materials used in rail, mining, and infrastructure projects.

  • You will undertake manual tasks in the field, including preparing and testing soil, aggregates, and concrete samples;
  • Liaise with clients onsite on testing schedules, procedures, and results, representing our brand;
  • Ensure testing is performed in accordance with industry standards (AS1289, AS1012);
  • Undertake routine quality assurance checks and calibrations, ensuring all equipment is maintained;
  • Ensure accuracy of test results and timely output of work;
About You

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in laboratory and field testing in soils, aggregates, and/or concrete to relevant standards (AS1289, AS1141, AS1012). You should have an understanding of NATA ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and be a NATA approved Signatory. Holding a current NDM Radiation license is highly advantageous. A current manual driver's license is required. You must demonstrate an unwavering commitment to quality assurance and workplace safety, and be physically fit for a manual labour-intensive role which includes heavy lifting.
