Test Automation Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand system requirements and design test cases, as well as implementing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, develop comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
  • Design, develop and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality, performance and compliance with business needs.
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or equivalent frameworks.
  • Integrate automated and manual testing activities into Azure DevOps (ADO) Test Planning for structured test execution, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage defect logging, tracking and resolution processes within ADO or other defect management tools, ensuring clear communication with development and business teams.
  • Participate in test planning sessions, status meetings and retrospectives to provide testing insights and progress updates.

This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical proficiency in test automation and a commitment to quality in a regulated environment.
