Power Platforms Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365. As a member of our Managed Services team, you will provide Level 2/3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.

  • Provide technical support for Power Platform solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.

As an experienced Microsoft Power Platform support engineer, you will bring technical expertise to the delivery of enterprise-scale solutions into public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments. You will work closely with customers to provide a high-touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with current information assurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
