Customer Marketing Specialist Role

This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver a customer marketing strategy that drives deep customer relationships. You will lead and manage end-to-end customer journey communication plans, creating engaging programs with best practice design principles in mind.

  • Create a Customer Marketing program that includes email, direct mail, statement inserts, messaging, call centre, and branch leads.
  • Support planning and execution of email builds, data extracts, and campaign management including approvals for compliance, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of customer behavior and translate it into a design and customer engagement program.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive innovative campaigns, ensuring speed to market while delivering timely and cost-efficient results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in customer marketing, campaign management, data driven, and/or loyalty marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe or Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Financial Services or insurance background is highly regarded.
