Supporting Employment Success
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.
Your key focus will be on supporting clients in their journey to secure employment opportunities, engaging with them regularly and understanding their individual needs to maximize their potential.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, and a patient approach to addressing any barriers to employment.
You will work closely with your caseload to understand their strengths and challenges, generating leads and sourcing job vacancies tailored to their needs.
In addition to placing clients into work, you will also provide training and support to help them stay employed, working collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accurate records.
