The role of the coach plays a vital part in delivering our Employment Services Strategy.
- Ensure each participant's needs and aspirations are at the forefront of your focus.
- Effectively support participants, providing guidance and direction to help them secure suitable employment opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with Inclusive Employment Australia requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Employment Services, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
You will be a motivated and values-driven individual who cares about people and wants a job that makes a difference.
